Hand Screening Pacamaras
We’ve been hand-screening several Pacamara lots here at the roastery lately. The Pacamara cultivar is a pretty large bean, and hand-screening these lots helps us ensure that we are using only the largest beans. This process really helps us hone in on the flavor profiles we want to see from each of our Pacamaras.
Come to our Pacific Avenue store on Saturday October 6th at 11am to learn more about the Pacamara cultivar, to see this process in action and taste the difference between the sorted beans. One of our roasters will be leading the time, so feel free to come prepared with all your toughest coffee questions.
